Intermedidate Care Facilities for Indviduals with Intellectual Disabilities, is a resedential home supported by Medicaid that provides 24-hour medical supervision, active treamtent, and rehabilitative training to help residents build daily life skills and maximize their independence.
Council Oaks Community Options, Ltd. provides our residents a clean, healthy home environment. We currently have homes in Northeast and Northwest San Antonio areas. Each home accommodates up to six (6) residents.
Our well-trained staff promote maximum independence in our residents through formal and informal training, employment opportunities, and community integration.
